Welcome to MemoriPrint ("we," "our," or "us"). We operate memoriprint.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service to create and purchase personalized printed products from your digital photos.

Payment Data: Payment method details (processed securely by Stripe - we do not store full card numbers).

Digital photos and images you upload to create products.
Any text or captions you add to your designs.

Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system.
Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, referring website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Process and fulfill your orders, including transmitting your images and order details to our fulfillment partner, Gelato, for printing and global shipping.
Communicate with you about your order status, updates, and customer support.
Improve our website and services.
Comply with legal obligations.
With your consent, send marketing communications about new products or offers (you may opt out anytime).
4. Image Handling & Storage

You retain all rights to your images. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and reproduce your images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order through our print production and shipping network.
Uploaded images are stored for 12 months to facilitate easy reordering. After this period, they are automatically deleted from our active systems. You may delete them manually at any time from your account.
We implement technical safeguards to protect your images, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We share your information only as follows:

With Fulfillment Partners: Primarily with Gelato, to print and ship your order. Gelato's privacy practices are governed by their own policy.
With Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe), hosting providers, analytics tools, and customer support platforms, all under strict confidentiality agreements.
For Legal Reasons: If required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or safety (e.g., to report suspected illegal content as outlined in our Terms).
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of our company.
We do not sell your personal information or images to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International Transfers

Our operations involve processing your data in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including through Gelato's global print network. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place using Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms.
